Ocean's Embrace - A 5-day Restorative Retreat for Mothers of Suicide Loss
a 5-day, all-inclusive restorative retreat for women who have lost a teenage or young adult son or daughter to suicide. We commune together to heal with grief counseling combined with surfing, yoga, meditation, breath work, and sound/art therapy in a small group setting. Daily walks on the beach and nightly sunsets are part of the overall ocean-healing experience.
For our final night, we will honor our children with a special sunset sailing ceremony. Join other mothers who share in the grieving the loss of their child to mental health issues. All meals, transportation, equipment, and staff are provided.
